    Annual Meeting

                   The 2008 Meeting of the

                   Georgia Surgical Society

            will be September 19, 20, and 21

at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation

                        at Lake Oconee

                     Greensboro, Georgia

A Welcome Reception for all members, speakers, guests, and exhibitors is scheduled to be held from 6:30 until 7:30
Thursday evening, September 18.

The Georgia Surgical Society scientific sessions will be held each morning and will consist of informative presentations
by guest speakers who are well-known in academic medicine and/or academic surgeons from medical schools from 
various areas of the country, as well as State speakers from the medical schools in Georgia.

Guest speakers for 2008 will be:

SOCIAL AND SPORTS EVENTS

Social events and sporting competitions will include a spouse breakfast,  evening receptions, golf, tennis, skeet shooting,
and running events.  All events are open to all members, guests, and exhibitors.
 

EXHIBITORS

Representatives from medical and pharmaceutical companies are invited to reserve exhibitor space  for the meeting. Time
is allotted for the attendees to visit with the exhibitors and to view their products.  Exhibitors are  encouraged to attend the
evening receptions and to compete in the scheduled sporting events.
